Processing & Shipping

All Rare Strands orders are processed with care to ensure accuracy and quality.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor delivery.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping, while international orders may take 7–10 business days, depending on customs and location.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During sales or high-volume periods, shipping times may be slightly extended.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and federal hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will review your claim and resolve it promptly to ensure your satisfaction.


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Our team will assist with carrier claims when possible, but we cannot replace items marked as delivered.



International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their local government.

Rare Strands is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or postal service interruptions.
